Our reception will be happy to arrange an appointment for the treatment you want in the Wellviva SPA even when you make your holiday booking.
The room reserved for you at the Weinegg hotel is available from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Foreign currency, Euro or traveller's cheques are gladly accepted at the daily rate of exchange. If possible we will offer you late check-out. Please contact reception regarding this.
You can arrive at the Weinegg hotel on any day of the week. If you specify a certain room number for the room type you want we will make every effort to meet your request. However, we cannot unfortunately provide you with a binding promise. The layout of the living room and bedrooms in the suites may vary slightly.
One of our most important concern is to make your reservation and journey as easy as possible. To achieve this goal, we have determined some general booking conditions.
In general, the reservation is definitive when you receive the written booking reservation on our site and we receive a written confirmation too from your site. Therefore, we need no commission or credit card details. Of course, you can pay a part of the total amount in advance, by transferring the sum on our bank account.
This subject isn’t comfortable neither for you as guest than for us as host. Of course we understand, that there can be some unpredictable reasons that forces you to cancel your reservation, but we are sure, that you understand too, that it’s a pity when rooms remain unoccupied although other guests would have booked the room. To resolve this dilemma, we have determined some easy rules:
If you can’t realize your Weinegg holidays or have to change the reservation you can do it without cost up to 7 days before the check-in date.
In case of a cancellation from 7 to 1 day before the planned check-in, we calculate 30 % of the total amount.
In absence of a cancellation or cancellation on the day of arrival we calculate 70 % of the total amount.
In case of a delayed arrival or previous departure, that you communicate us after the free cancellation period, we calculate 50 % of the total amount.
We request a minimal stay of five nights during the general European holidays (Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve, All Saints' Day, Ascension Day, Corpus Christi, Pentecost, Assumption Day, German Unity Day).
In case of abbreviation of your holiday in this periods to less than 5 nights, we calculate
50 % of the not realized vacation days.
You are allowed to bring dogs with you in a suitable dog basket. We charge EUR 20.00 per night for dogs up to 9.9 kg and EUR 30.00 per night for dogs over 10 kg. We hope you understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or in the spa or swimming pool areas. Your pets are only allowed in the designated area on the sunbathing lawn.
