GENERAL INFORMATION
Prices
Prices are in euro, quoted per person per day, based on two fullpaying guests per room and include our ¾ pleasure board. A discount of 20.00 euro is applied for bed & breakfast only bookings. To keep the website as well as our journal as clear as possible, we listed our prices for stays of 7 nights. The daily rate offered to you could vary by 10-20% as we rate our prices according to the season and the length of your stay (1-3 days, 4-6 days and 7 days and more). The local tax of 3.00 euro per day is charged separately for all guests aged 14 and over. The actual layout of rooms and suites may differ slightly from the images shown.
Maximum occupancy
In order to guarantee you and your family the full comfort of our suites, the number of guests should not exceed the number of beds or sofa beds of a suite. Thus, it is not possible to put provisional extra beds in our suites. We hope for your understanding.

Our packages cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
Wellviva SPA
Book your personal treatment appointments from home: Our Wellviva SPA team is at your complete disposal. Naturally, you can reserve your treatments or update prior reservations directly at the hotel.
Dogs
You may bring your dogs to the hotel in a dog basket. We charge 34 euro per day for dogs up to 9.9 kg, and 48 euro for dogs over 10 kg. In both cases food is not included. Please understand that no dogs are allowed in the restaurant or the wellness area. We have a designated area for dogs on the lawn. Please observe the instructions in our dog guide.
WEINEGG’S BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
One of our main goals is to make your booking, as well as your stay, as easy and uncomplicated as possible. In order to do this, we have put together a few booking guidelines.
BOOKING:
In general, your booking has firm validity through three components: through the receipt of your written reservation, our booking confirmation and your subsequent reconfirmation. Through this last step you validate the receipt of our booking confirmation. Therefore, we need no deposit or credit card details. Of course, you can pay a part of the total amount in advance, by transferring the sum on our bank account.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are an unpleasant subject for you as a guest and for us as hosts. Of course we understand that something can happen to anyone, but you will also understand that it is a pity for us if rooms remain empty when other guests would have liked to have booked.If it is not possible for you to realize your Weinegg holiday, a free cancellation or postponement of your stay is possible if the written cancellation is made up to 7 days before the agreed arrival date.
For cancellations between the 6th day and 1 day before the planned arrival, we charge 30% of the confirmed booking value.
If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival or not at all, the cancellation fee is 80% of the confirmed room rate.
In case of a later arrival or an earlier departure notified after the free cancellation period, we will charge 50% of the confirmed price of the stay.
OUR RECOMMENDATION:
In order to avoid possible inconveniences, we recommend you to conclude a travel cancellation insurance, e.g. with our partner "Europäische Reiserversicherung". You will find more information about this on our homepage or you can also contact our reception team by email or telephone.
WEINEGG’S FAIRNESS OFFER:
If we are able to re-sell your booked and cancelled room after the period of chargefree cancellation, you will only be charged for the actual incurred deficit.
HOLIDAY BOOKINGS:
We request a minimal stay of five nights during the general European holidays (Easter, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, All Saints’ Day, Ascension Day, Corpus Christi, Pentecost, Assumption Day, German Unity Day).
In case of abbreviation of your holiday in this periods to less than 5 nights, we calculate
50 % of the not realized vacation days.
Arrival and departure
Your room will be ready from 2 pm on your day of arrival. On your day of departure, please vacate your room by 12 pm. If you request a specific room number, we will try our best to satisfy your request. However, we cannot guarantee availability.
Early Check-In & Late-Check-Out
If possible, we will gladly offer you a free early check-in and late check-out.
Underground garage
You are welcome to park your car in our underground car park free of charge.
E-cars
You can charge your electric car in our garage for a fee which will be put on your room bill.
Wi-Fi
We offer a free wi-fi connection throughout the hotel.

You are welcome to rent our Mercedes SLK-Cabrio for a spin in the countryside. We’ll add a touch of culinary joy to your trip with a picnic basket packed with South Tyrolean specialities, and our staff at the reception will be delighted to offer you our own very best tour tips.

Flowers in your room, welcome card, personalised cakes, chocolates or prosecco: We make sure that your surprise is a winner.
Flying through the land*
We wave you off on a journey of discovery on our own hotel e-bikes! On request, we will supply you with our CUBE e-bikes, a helmet, a rucksack and, naturally, a tip for your trip.
Taxi, please!*
On request, our hotel shuttle will take you to the destination of your choice.
Home-made treats*
We will be happy to put together a picnic basket or packed lunch for your day trips. Our reception staff will also provide you with the best of tips on romantic spots for a very special picnic experience.
